What We Do
Multi-Unit Port Activation
We activate Ethernet jacks in each apartment so tenants get strong, stable connections in every room.
Wiring Closet Cleanup
We organize and label cable runs, remove dead wiring, and make closets easy for supers to maintain.
Building Switches & Access Points
We install and configure switches and access points for hallways, lobbies, and back-of-house areas.
Per-Unit Setup
We install switches inside each unit’s panel (if needed), label everything clearly, and ensure the wiring is ready for any internet provider the tenant chooses.
Documentation
We provide simple notes and labeling that supers and management can reference later.
Ongoing Support
We offer scheduled visits or on-call help for buildings that want continued support.

$200–$350 per apartment

Switch Installation (Per Unit)
$150 labor + $60 hardware
Common Area Access Points
$150 labor + $150 hardware
